Frequently Asked Questions
Browlamination
What is browlamination?
Browlamination is a non-invasive procedure that restores the direction of your natural eyebrow pattern, giving you the appearance of fuller, lifted brows.
Will the products damage my eyebrows?
As long as you follow the aftercare plan completely, browlamination is a completely safe procedure that can be repeated every 6 weeks. After your appointment, we will give you an aftercare card with all the do's and don'ts.
How long does it last?
In general, a browlamination can last 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your skin type and how well you take care of your eyebrows after the treatment.
Eyelash Extensions
Are eyelash extensions bad for my natural lashes?
This is a common misconception! When eyelash extensions are applied correctly by a professional, the procedure is completely safe and does not damage your natural lashes. Your extensions should never cause pain, stinging, or irritation.
What are the differences between the various lash curls?
We exclusively work with C, D, and J curls.
-
C Curl: This type offers a naturally curled look with a touch of drama. The curl flows quickly from a straight base, creating an open-eye effect suitable for all eye shapes.
-
D Curl: Ideal for clients seeking a bold, dramatic look. The D Curl provides a strong lift, making the eyes appear larger and more prominent.
-
J Curl: Designed for a subtle and natural appearance. With the gentlest curl (approximately 30 degrees), it’s perfect for people with naturally straight or downward-growing lashes. These extensions follow the natural lash line and give a lengthening effect without a noticeable curl.
Why is it important to wash your lashes daily?
Wearing makeup and using daily skincare products can lead to the buildup of oil and dirt on your lashes. This buildup may interfere with the bond between the extensions and your natural lashes, causing premature shedding. Washing your lashes daily with lash shampoo helps keep them clean and looking their best.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
I’m pregnant and/or breastfeeding. Are the treatments safe?
Our treatments are completely safe during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding — for both you and your baby. However, during these periods, the female body is full of hormones, which may affect how well the the results turn out. Not all women experience these effects, but it's something to be aware of and ultimately your personal decision.
