General Terms and Conditions
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total treatment amount is required to reserve a spot. The remaining amount must be paid in cash or by debit card at the salon. For payments by debit card, there will be a €0.40 transaction fee on top of the outstanding amount of the treatment. All deposits are non-refundable, unless there is an inconvenience on our part.
Timely arrival
We have a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you are not present after this period has elapsed, your appointment will be cancelled. Each treatment is very time-dependent and requires the entire time slot to be completed successfully. We therefore advise you to arrive on time so that we can perform your treatment with all the necessary care and attention.
Liability
We kindly request that you inform us in advance of any skin problems, allergies or relevant medical conditions. We only use professional products that are completely safe. However, we cannot guarantee that your skin will not react negatively to them. An allergic reaction can unfortunately still occur, regardless of the quality of the product and its correct use. This reaction cannot always be predicted in advance and usually only becomes visible after the treatment has taken place. If an allergic reaction does occur unexpectedly, we will refund 30% of the treatment amount.
Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment via the link in the confirmation email. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the costs for appointments missed without prior communication. If full payment is not made within 24 hours, your access to our system will be blocked and it will no longer be possible to schedule an appointment with us.
Refund Policy
We offer a 48 hour period in which you can contact us regarding any issues or problems you may have regarding your recent treatment. Please note that refunds are only offered in the cases set out in our terms and conditions. However, we will do our utmost to resolve any issues that may have arisen to your satisfaction.
Permission for photo and video material
It may happen that permission is requested for taking photos and/or videos. This only happens if the customer gives permission for this and feels comfortable enough in front of the camera. The images taken will only be used for promotional purposes on social media. When giving permission for the taking of photo and video material, you also agree to the publication of this material on our social media platforms.
Squeeze-ins
If no available time slots are shown during the booking process on the website, you can contact us to request a squeeze-in appointment. A surcharge of €15 will be added on top of the total treatment price for a squeeze-in. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, and therefore it is not possible to request a squeeze-in appointment on that day.
House Rules
Due to the limited capacity of our waiting area, we apply the following house rules:

It is not permitted to bring companions or pets to your appointment, except for parents/guardians or necessary companions.

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
